Directories

setup modifications

• ~/.bash_profile: [ -a /foo/ver/lib/setup ] && source /foo/ver/lib/setup added to the end of the file, IF it is not already there
• VERHOME: Vereda home directory
• PATH: /foo/ver/bin added to the front
• PYTHONPATH: /foo/ver/lib created or added to the front
• PS1: the prompt; to avoid change, delete the line with PS1 in setup; it will take effect on the next login

To uninstall Vereda: delete the line added to ~/.bash_profile and the directory ver
